RESUMEN

The article reports two cases of seminal vesicle cysts with ipsilateral renal agenesis in children. The congenital nature of this condition, characteristic features of the clinical manifestation of seminal vesicle cysts makes it difficult to recognize this rare genitourinary disease. Using current methods of diagnosis and surgical treatment result in successful outcomes.

RESUMEN

The article reports on two cases of the total epispadias of duplicated urethra with and without penile duplication. The authors describe the clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment. Duplicated urethra with epispadias both with and without penile duplication must be removed. At the same time, it is necessary to restore the patency of the lower duplicated urethra.

RESUMEN

In the article an experience of successful surgical treatment of such a rare pathology in children, acute primary purulent paranephritis is described. In 11 children aged from 2 days to 14 years the standard laboratory, imaging and X-rays studies, including CT and MRI. Upper, posterior, anterior and lower paranephritis was detected in 2, 1, 2, and 6 cases, respectively. The authors concluded that in case of inefficiency of antibacterial therapy the surgical intervention is a main approach to the treatment of acute primary purulent pyelonephritis in children.
